Shipping policy

Art. 8 - Delivery
1. Nunzia Monaco Shop carries out shipments throughout the Italian territory, including the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.
2. Nunzia Monaco Shop will deliver the products to the UPS carrier within 24-48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s).
Shipping costs are free.
3. Nunzia Monaco Shop will make deliveries both to the address provided by the user and to the collection points indicated at the time of purchase.
4. The user will receive an email confirming the shipment, containing the confirmed data and the tracking number to monitor the product directly from the UPS website.
5. Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, generally within 2/6 working days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated deadline at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum deadline. 30 days from the date of confirmation.
6. As for the countries of the European Union, the delivery will be made in 4/9 working days, and in any case within the maximum term of 30 days.
7. In non-EU territories, delivery will take place in approximately 10/15 working days.
8. Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the purchased goods is exclusively attributable to the carrier.
9. The user is reminded that the shipping service by express courier does not involve the obligation on the part of Nunzia Monaco Shop to deliver the order within 24-48 hours.
10. Orders with a large number of items require more preparation and packaging time, therefore they may be subject to shipping delays. Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order.
11. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the place where the order is located and how to agree on a new delivery.
12. If the user is unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, we ask to be contacted again to agree on a new delivery date.
13. If the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that we intend to terminate the contract.
14. As a result of the termination, the amounts will be returned, with the exclusion of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. The transport resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.
15. The packaging of the product is presented as a box, small in size.
Art. 9 - Passing of risk
The risks relating to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. The ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, is received, or at the time of delivery, if this occurs at a later time.
Art. 10 - Warranty and commercial compliance
1. The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
2.If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer or any natural person who acts on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, this guarantee is valid, provided that the defect occurs within 12 months from the date product delivery; that the buyer makes a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date
3. In case of non-compliance, the user who has entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to obtain an appropriate price reduction, or the termination of the contract relating to the disputed goods and the consequent refund of the price, pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
4. The legal guarantee of conformity is recognized, provided for by art. 128-135 of the Consumer Code, for all products sold through the online shop that fall within the category of "consumer goods".
If the Consumer User intends to take advantage of the remedies provided for by the guarantee of conformity, he must send a written communication to the e-mail address: nunziamonaco.beauty@gmail.com.
The owner will promptly reply to the communication of the alleged lack of conformity and will indicate to the Consumer User the specific procedure to follow, also taking into account the product category to which the product belongs and / or the reported defect.
